MY LAPTOP IS ALIVE!!!

decided to rummage thru my bro's roomful of crap and managed to find a windows xp reinstallation disk. with much faith and hope, i reinstalled it... and... IT WORKS!!!! i'm so happy!!!! but it's still SP1... am wondering if i can upgrade it to SP2... hmm...

but anyway, now my comp's back in normal working order. but it'll be perfect if i can also reinstall my IE... am trying to remove this irritating toolbar which leads to nonsensical desktop icons being installed on my comp... *grr*

one step at a time... thank God that i managed to save my desktop...

am still in a dilemma... should i take MC tmr...? have taken MC on fri... and am really glad i took it...!
